She’s had more than her fair share of “character-building” jobs, like Dublin pub lounge girl, hotel housekeeper, Famous Footwear salesgirl, Domino’s-door-hanger-thingy girl, business teacher at a Russian-Estonian college and attorney-at-law.

Stephen Colbert and Dolly Parton would be her dream presidential ticket for 2016. Getting inside consumers’ heads (and their hidden snack stashes, their liquor cabinets, their bucket lists …) is great for brands but bad for her waistline – but she’s happily taken it on for some truly awesome brands like Absolut, Starbucks, Wonka and Foodtopia (aka Asheville).

A balanced diet is important, at least when it comes to her television watching. So she mixes it up with a range of favorites, from reassuringly formulaic crime programs intended for the “septuagenarian set” to delightfully juvenile “bro shows.”

She could spend all day overanalyzing gender, politics and pop culture — and she’s thrilled to direct that energy as a thought leader for Frank About Women.
